I’m not sure what you mean when you say “RAID/AHCI mode”. In the BIOS I can only choice RAID or AHCI, not both.Remember, if it is allready loaded on one HDD in RAID/AHCI mode, you should be able to easily migrate to RAID "0" via the Matrix Mannager in Vista. It works this way for XP x64
What I can’t figure out is that when I load Windows XP/32 Bit, I have no problems at all with the RAID drivers so it can’t be a BIOS setting.
