I vote for X38 - couldn't do this on my previous ASUS P35 board:
P35 is better for OC'ing and offers better Performance
X38 is better for OC'ing and offers better Performance
Both offer similar OC'ing and Performance
The P35 and X38 are for different enthusiast
Neither, I will explain why
