    QX9650 Launch on Monday?

    The QX9650 is reported to be due for official launch on Monday, without breaking NDA's does anyone know if Intel are having any press conferences on Monday and are any documents in distribution that come off embargo on Monday?

    QX9450 is due for Q1 08, not Monday... Monday is only for the QX9650.

    I'm just asking if anything's changed......

    I'm wondering if Intel are going to drop the price of the Q6600 on Monday as well (even $10) to spoil AMD's Phenom launch later in the week.

    why would intel bother to make any changes? It's not as if k10 poses a threat to them

    yes. It will be available on Monday.
    I already have one spoken for from an Intel R&D chum.

    Also keep an eye out for the upcoming Intel video card that should be out within a few months. Supposed to spank anything Nvidia or ATI is coming up with, hence why Nvidia is so hard up on getting their 1TFlop card out ASAP.
