That Asus heatsink looks like a midget to the reference boards we have seen so far.... Hope it works better then what they hae delivered before
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

    1. The 780i chipset has been delayed until late December.
    2. Stick a QX9650 or QX9770 in it and you will know why it has been delayed.

The board you have there is never going to work right with Penryn, just like the last three I have received. It has been that way for over a month now, have no idea why NV thought they were going to be able to launch it on the 12th.

Yeah we got same signals coming from nordichardware guys... what bothers me the most that it's again not only reference boards it's chipset (AGAIN) based... I know I might get one of these but I think I can resist better than the last time

After the problems they have had with the 680i chipsets, it is better they get it right this time. Even with the popularity of their graphics cards, they have to prove that their boards are worth the pretty penny spent on them...

Few words from me. It behave a little different than nForce 680i in matter of Kentsfield - boots with FSB500 without doing any tricks. Memory OC seems to be nF680i like, though this board have 2phase RAM VRM so it might be slightly better.
SB/NB TDP seems to be the same as before, hot like asian babies And... some photos. Performance shootouts after NDA lol

    BIOS settings:

    p

And finally - where does it come from
