came across something weird, while running OCCT, the fsb voltage and dram ref volttage fluctuate to a really high value, over 1.8 each, this cant be too safe, also windows vista x64 stops responding but occt is still running, after i end process for vista not responding occt is still running stable, anyone else??

EDIT: the volts fluctuate only while using OCCT, prime blend is ok.
