The PC8500 versions do 800mhz too at 4-4-4-12 mate , but some PC6400 can do 1066Mhz at 5-5-5-15 (I know many OC their ram but many fail also over time...) I would go with the PC8500 version as it gives you slightly more room to run the FSB in sync with the ram without doing really any OC ( so not taking any risk) on the ram...
I can confirm that timings have almost no effect on real world performance, I selled out some serious cash for the Gskill PC8000 with 4-4-4-5 timings, benchmarks and co run barely faster than the previous much cheaper OCZ 5-5-5-15 kit...

I'm running mine at 1000 5-5-5-15. I thought 1066 5-5-5-15 was a given since the modules EPP profiles are basically 800 @ CL4 and 1000 @ CL5. Basically both modules should be the same, except flashed at different speeds, right?
