    I think you got lost on your way to toms hardware
    This is XtremeSystems where people come to find the limits of hardware to improve the parts we get in the next generation.
    Oh, I have an 8 core clover system thats 500mhz over the fastest clovertown processors that Intel offerred.
    It runs at 100% load since last December so I guess that kills your theory about wastage..
    Along with upping the speed we up the cooling,look at all the relates systems on the boards and generally make the systems just plain better than what is sold..
