The missing file error message is exactly what what you get when data corruption occurs during a Windows install. This is most certainly the problem, the difficult part is just figuring out what is causing it. The majority of the time, this happens due to incorrect hardware configuration in BIOS, most of the time relating to RAM settings. It can also be due to defective RAM modules. I would highly suggest you wait to RMA until you have 100% ruled out all possible causes other than the mainboard itself. Otherwise you will most likely get a replacement board and will have the same problem. If you post over in the DFI forums with a detailed configuration in your signature, I'd almost be willing to bet you'll get help and have the problem sorted out in no time.
