well, you missed to mention that neither of these two work
anyway, clock gen, setfsb, and memset are only utilities i know that can be used in windows..if non of these work you're bios binded..

use it for 24/7 settings or 3D Mark, and apply the wr idea to another mobo..

That's the downside of using the latest hw there is, you should try a DFI 590 or Crosshair for your wr attempt. And you have to be ready to kill your ram to make it. With 1000mhz, cas 3 (3,5v or something), and cpu at 3700\3800mhz you should be able to do it

Omg i can't seem to pass 235mhz regardless of stock cooler or watercooling.
3507mhz is stable in every single bench yet 1single mhz more in bios and it won't load windows :/
OMG i need a clockgen or a tool that clcok in windows

with my board not posting, about 2 weeks now since i flashed to the quad core bios. It was time to try again. This time with good luck. Using the on board flash in the bios> Load your floppy with bios. Hit enter and will show the bios version on your floppy. Then TAB, will hightlight update dmi change to yes (page down or up to change. Press TAB again to highlight bios, then load bios.I have changed back and forth a couple of times from quad to dual core and no problems. Maybe we can get rebels haven to mod quad core bios for us. A few more instructions in the bios would help. Hope this helps you guys that have this board

Doing a bit of forum grave digging on this thread to ask if anyone knows if this board will for sure support the 5000+ BE and 2GB DIMMs (as in a 2x2GB Kit) out of the box ? as I need a inexpensive stop gap AM2 board till the dust settles on the 790FX/Phenom situation, and this looks like the best around at the moment for a single video card setup ..

Same here. All the 790fx and Quad mess has given me a headache! I have a am2 5600+ and a set of Firestiks that need a home. Haven't been able to get a motherboard yet. So many other things that needed paid first. I would get a 5000 or 6400 BE of this board will support it and jyst wait until all stuff get fixed.
