Bought a abit ip35-e since i wanted the new p35 chipset.
I got a bad old 6600 who dont like overklocking at all, i need 1.58vcore to go 3.2ghz.

However, the board works fine, seems stable after I found out to use 9x multipel, got issues trying to use other multiples, wouldnt boot.
Using Vista atm and the boot up are the best yet I have had with any intel boards. (previous asus p5b-deluxe and a giga S3)

I went for the board due to it being cheap and had overclocking potential.
so far, it seems really nice, I am using watercooling, the abit eq program to run fans is a nice touch, it lowers the noise without having to resort to a 3party solution, its a nice feature.

I am waiting to get a e6750 to really try to see what this board can do.

So far, really pleased with the board.

    I wouldn't call 4/100 of a volt a huge vdroop. I've seen a lot worse.

Thanks! I assume no double boot, like the beta 13? Always good to see a bit more speed.

Why does it say improved 1394 when there isn't even any 1394 ports on it?

Do you feel confident that flashmenu program works well? I'm having problems with my IP35-E (posted in the IP35-e problems thread) and my initial BIOS flashes were done with the flashmenu program, but I'm not sure it worked correctly.

Also, any vDroop mods found yet?

Nope...both use very similar design, but the pin connections are different with IP35-E.

Maybe this is the reason why you cant find it:

Couple of days ago i flashed my IP35-E with 1.3 bios, and i had some strange problems with my system, stange freezeup and so on. Then i realize from some reason my memoryvoltage was locked to 1.93, and increasing this from bios didnt help at all, it was still locked to 1.93. Reflashing didnt help, so i flashed 1.2 and now it works. I hope that ABIT can fix this

I've had no problem using flashmenu under windows Vista x64. I'd highly advise you return your CPU to stock speed and load your BIOS default settings before you flash. Doing it that way, for me, it's been so far so good.
