Used a large flat screw driver inserted underneath the assembly while leaning on the pci slot from the other end applying little pressure gradually till it popped. Lucky me the whole thing came off I would off removed the cap anyway, I guess better contact.

Sadly, not doing any benching at the moment too many variables with this bios too much time to be wasted, thanks I'd rather wait for a newer than 505.
