I think HR-03 rev.A [not plus] could fit on 8800gt

the 8600GTS stock cooler installed perfectly on an 8800GT. The small dab of thermal compound I applied spread pretty evenly with the pressure applied with the stock 8600GTS heatsink. Therefore, I am reasonably sure that any cooler which is compatible with the 8600-series will also be compatible with the 8800GT.

if you have an 8800gt, you should measure for those dimensions

I have the Gigabyte 8800GT and the diagonal distance between the 2 mounting holes is indeed 75.2

My only concern is whether the smaller contact surface of the HR-03 Rev A. is sufficient to cover the entire GPU.

Before the HR-03+ came out, people were jerryrigging standard HR-03's onto G80s and they worked decently well (much better than stock, but high loads didnt do so well). G92 is much smaller, so it should work

Impressive....~$300 gets you a cool running 745-1890-2080....more than enough to beat an Ultra on non-30" monitors....I like

    Thanks for sharing

My TR HR-03 R600's bracket didn't fit... but I got it to fit with a little bit of drilling.

    Idle: 40-45 degrees C
    Load: 62 degrees C max

@ Load I was playing Day of Defeat: Source for 15 minutes. Does anybody know how to stress it really good? And are these good temps?
I'm going to play Bioshock right now, I hope it stays 62 max...

    Thanks in advance

Best stress tool comes with Ati tool, use scan for artifacts or show 3D.
