    E6550 on phase, P5B DLX, D9GMH, 3.9GHZ :(

    Why so?

    http://www.hwbot.org/quickSearch.do?hardwareId=CPU_1003

No FSB wall up to 590MHz, but CPU halts at clock >3900, even at 1.75V
Temps are ok (below -30C), only LN2 needed? Or any vmods extra for these cpus available. There are some on my mobo (Vcpu,Vdroop,Vmch).

No, it's not fsb hole. Just crappy cpu.

    All that it can.

DIY Phase (holds E6600 1.75V at 4.5GHz load with -30):

    CPU-Z: 3907MHz
    PiFast: 25.06sec at 3803MHz #2
    SPI1M: 13.43s at 3856MHz #5
    SPI32M: 16m 38.797s at 3711MHz
    WPrime32M: 24sec at 3711MHz
    WPrime1024M: 12m44.3s at 3711MHz

Did you try this mobo with some other CPU, that can do more than 550 FSB. Maybe mobo cant go further

Mobo is OK, as I stated earlier.
Same mobo, same memory, equal range psu, E6600 B2 retail lapped:

For mod, why Pi? It's not much regarding SPI bench, but rather general CPU OC. :\
