These settings are 24/7 rock solid. 12hour SmallFFT, 12hour LargeFFT - then ran ram through Memtest86+ for 8hrs and its running a 24 hour Blend @priority 9 right now.

Also have 500x7 DDR2 1000/1250 4-4-4-10/5-5-5-15 working as well and stable.

500x7 takes 1.45v and a slight increase on the NB/FSB voltages and ram takes 2.28v for DDR2 1250 stable at 5-5-5-15 with some pretty good subtimings. I got some screenies goin up soon as blend finishes for 450x8.

Done nothing with 400x9 with DDR2 800 or 1000 but I would imagine its all the same, I like higher FSB's more

    A little test

Heres the difference between tweaked subtimings and AUTO

Untweaked (AUTO) and Transaction Booster to AUTO

Tweaked with Transaction Booster to (2)

The subtimings I have been using 7-3-5-4-6-4-6 have been great, real stable as well according to blend and memtest. I will be trying to lower the values some more in the coming days.

Just an interesting find as I was testing the board.... Memtest 86+ Test #7 is a great way to load/check subtimings and ram timings on this board. Its the only test I have had error for Maximus, and it does it when the timings are too tight, or not enough voltage.

Try it out, lemme know if anyone else sees this.

You dont have my ram, or my chip

That 1066 stuff you are using probably cant use those subtimings, might come close but nothing at those voltages. And I have a beast of a G0 quad so only use my settings as a reference not verbatim unless you have similar equipment.

On that note heres the fruits of my labor, the following stuff is 24/7 stable.

Everest test was run 2x just for consistency sake.

And heres quick comparison (sans the Maximus's subtiming control, and ability to use higher transaction booster settings. P5K premium wouldnt run Transaction well at all, so I used DRAM Static Read)

You may draw your own conclusions

Considerably better read/write and 10ns difference. I would say Maximus is clear winner

EDIT: Oh yeah heres the 1M calc

    X38 - 14.359s
    P35 - 14.835s

Id say thats a nice improvement.
