You should use Prime95 version 25.4 as it automatically test all four cores on your Q6600

When it starts select "small FFT's" test and let it run. Don't forget to tell prime95 to check for rounding errors (in Advanced menu and then check "Round off Checking") otherwise you won't know if one of the cores failed and you need to give it more vcore or lower the FSB/multi.
