Gigabyte P35-DS3 rev.1.0 Cold Bug when overclocking

i found solution for this problem, its all about memory devider.

example: E2160 with memory devider at 3.33 working without COLD REBOOT when you overclocking...

Left is FSB | Right is memory devider
=> OK
=> COLD REBOOT BUG

CPU with FSB at (1333):

FSB 333 | 2.0 | 2.4 | 2.5 | 3.0 | 3.2 |

CPU with FSB at (1066):
