    Will the pro work in crossfire with a 2900xt?

    Yes. When you get the Pro, take out the XT. Install the Pro, and follow my guide to flash it to XT.

    Re-insert the second XT, and enable crossfire. Should work perfect.

    Why would anyone flash it when it already overclocks far above the XT, it's just beyond me... just to wreck your warranty or what?

    Yes, I know I can flash it back but still makes no sense to me.
