pixel fillrate = gpu clock * pixel pipelines. at least that's how everest calculates it.
not sure about the texelfillrate though.

Only downer were that it read the "default" clocks from the bios, but I've flashed to a modded bios, and it reads wrong default clocks... Maybe it should get its default clocks from a database instead... well well that's an insignificant problem of course, great program!
