The final result is actually a disappointment to me, considering that we threw everything we had at them, including some temporary help.

We have alot more work to do to stay ahead of Easynews after this week.

People are still in the process of upgrading, and a few crunchers were down this week for various reasons. If we can stay at the four million daily level in the coming week, then we have a new base from which to move higher.

I hope to add another quad-core. Was going to put it off. But now I'm motivated to build another cruncher.

Here's a look at the past month. We went from 3.1 million a month ago to 4 million and change this week. Again, we need to keep up the pressure.

We did not beat Easynews today. But I believe 4.1 million is the highest we've ever done on a Sunday. Keep up the good work.

Easynews - 4,237,251

XtremeSystems - 4,136,314

P.S. I will be building another quad-core system in the coming week.

Just saw, Mine is still building up.46K today..I got another 5000 to add in a few days..
thats 1/20 of the difference..Bob just grabbed a couple quads today and I know of at least 2 others coming.. Just did some math: The Quad is claiming at a rate of 17,216 a day!

We will get them and on a regular basis..
Also keep in mind that mike047 left to help the PC Review crew this am..thats 100K right there so don't anyone be discouraged.

One thing to note about Easynews. Their daily point production has remained fairly steady the past several weeks. In other words, they are on cruise control. It's really up to us to shift into a higher gear.

Not sure I would say that. We're still averaging over four million a day. Also keep in mind that Easynews has more than 5700 members who have a financial incentive to crunch.

Still have to add 2 Q66's. Unfortunately, right now I'm praying for a quick merciful death. Came down with a bad sinus infection, which has now morphed into a case of strep/tonsilitis. Cant talk, swallow or anything (feels like I just tried to swallow a broken coke bottle), just trying to keep the fever under control with big a$$ horsepills of Amox, and a huge dose of prednesone, tyleneol. Uggghhhh.
