Picked up a G0 Q6600 today. L727B248... Any idea what I could expect of it? I'm not gonna bother trying it in my P5W. Waiting 'till the rest of the X38 boards are out. Will probably end up with a P5E or a Maximus Formula.

If it is even possible to make an estimate...
When I compare your CPU's FPO to the FPO's listed in OC Database, it seems like you have a CPU from a pretty new batch. So according to me it is pretty hard to make any estimate about what to expect.![]()
Plug it in, and go![]()
But statistics and estimates never have been my best subject, and I am pretty new to overclocking. So my opinion is probably worthless![]()

Thermaltake BigWater 745 (yes I know, crappy water cooling kit)

Asus P5B Deluxe bios 1216.
Nobody's cpu is going to die, relax. You can look at processor specs here. I myself think that 1.5v rating is a bit conservative as long as temps are kept at reasonable levels.
