The secret seems to be having a P35 board and then cranking up the FSB voltage and the NB voltage. My MSI board has heatpipes to the north and south bridge so I cranked up the northbridge to 1.4v and the southbridge to 1.3v. I'm settling for 3.3Ghz at 1.225. CPU-Z and SpeedFan indicate 1.25v for the Vcore so my MSI board overvolts the Vcore, which seems unusual since most motherboards undervolt what the bios settings are. Curiously, my ram is running at 2.3v but SpeedFan says my ram is running at 2.1v
Many of you have very impressive overclocks but your power bill will be even more impressive when you run at 4Ghz with 1.5v+
