    my suggestion is

I'd dremel a hole in the mobo tray as near as poss to where the sata ports are on the mobo (or possibly even under the mobo if they will fold back underneath it )
then another hole in side of the drive cage support ( on same side as back of mobo tray) - cables will then come out from underneath the drives to the ports

i would sleeve/bundle the visible portions of the cables as well

    hope this helps

    Steve

prep the hdd's inside thier cage then place it in the case. place the sata cable in from the side holes (which is alreadry existing, i did not make a hole there anymore, except its a little bit tricky)on the back portion to connect to the hhds and the other end out the holes underneath the motherboard(should you make one)... choose a good placement for the holes that is best for your board... sorry, will try to post pics as soon as photobucket is ok...
    goodluck

Take the unused wires and shove them out the hole between the PSU and the back wall..

Skeelz - i'd also run your cpu power cable up the back of mobo tray and make a hole near top of mobo tray near to where cpu power socket is - bring it out there

That was my actual intent, but alas, the cpu power cable was a bit short

I'm thinking if u cut another hole closer to the psu that it might reach, as the cpu cable was about an inch short.

Well I like the ooptical at the bottom. Not sure if the contrasting color is right though. Maybe paint the optical a perfect match or some more interesting contrast like metallic blue.

If you are up to it you could paint the interior. A dark charcoal metallic perhaps.

Is the 24 pin cable long enough to route through the back? If not then maybe an extender (sheathed) so you could just pop it through beside the mobo header and have the rest stealthed?

Thats what I'm wondering all along.

No one here seems to route the 24pin from the back.

If it's too short, you can always use a extender.

    Maybe it's too thick ?
