Ok, here is my settings that I got after tweaking a little bit more, nice 3.8+ Ghz on Quad for 24/7!

Here is my settings in BIOS what I use now - P30 BIOS btw:
    FSB 1700, 425 x 9 = 3825 Mhz
    HT 4x/4x, PCI-e 100/100/100/200

CPU: 1.575v (1.472v real lowest - vdrop mod soon)
    CPU FSB: 1.3v
    Memory: 2.2v
    nForce SPP: 1.5v
    nForce MCP: 1,725v
    HT SPP <-> MCP: 1,45v.

And here is 12+ hours of Prime95 on all cores. Its Q6600 G0 L720B0028. Overclocks really good with low voltage

And what is max recommended safe voltage for Quad G0 CPUs? And how high CPU temperature can go safe without damaging anything on the same core?
    Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 E0 L845B @ 4.3 Ghz, Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R rev1.1 with F11, 8Gb Crucial Ballistix 4x2Gb DDRII @ DDR1100+,
    nVidia GeForce 8800GTX 768Mb, 2 x 80Gb Hitachi SATA2 raid0 + WD 400Gb SATA for data, Nec DVD-RW ND-3520AW,
ThermalTake ToughPower 1200w, LG Flatron 20" L204WT Black, water on CPU + VGA and another stuff...

    Q6600 G0 overclock

I finally have had a chance to work a little more on my overclock. Q6600 from TankGuys, L720B066.
    I'm at 3.824 @ 1.525vcore, 1.51vocore in Everest (I did the pencil mod).
I've been running at 3.8 24/7 for about a week now, it will run Prime95 and OCCT stable for 4 hours and I just shut it down out of boredom. Temps with CoreTemp run 71C, 70C, 68C, 68C at full load. I'm using a Dtek Fusion water block. My vid is 1.3.

Not bad. I'm really happy with the overclock, not thrilled with the temps. I have never run any applications or games which max out the CPU like Prime or OCCT, so I don't think there is a problem with the temps.

The Evga 680i A-1, P-30 bios, has worked flawlessly.
    Abit IP-35 Pro w/14 bios
    Q6600 G0, L720B066 from TankGuys
with Petra's Tech Coolkit GPU Elite Kit
    4GB OCZ Reaper X PC2-6400
    BFG GTX 280 OCX Extreme
    SATA II 320GB Seagate
Currently at 3.744Ghz@1.55vcore set in bios
Runs at 1.45v - 1.48v according to Everest
    Mountain Mods UFO-Horizon
