yup you could say i'm ahead of time

i find it really amusing that Intel is going to have a psycho overclocker pushing the absolute limits during Otellini's presentation >>>> i wonder if intel is also doing to this to "push" the idea of overclocking with their latest motherboards since they've started seriously putting effort into that recently

lol can't wait to see charles get a hard lockup right in the middle of Paul's speech

From a live blog from IDF

    http://blogs.business2.com/utilitybe...aul-otell.html

Charles Wirth, owner of XtremeSystems.org is on stage. He's an overclocking expert. He breaks records in Super pi 1m, Aquamark 3, and Cinebench 10 32bit. He has pushed the quad-core processor to 5.56 gigahertz, he says. He's mentioned that he's running the chips at 160 below zero to achieve the overclocking. (You can't exactly try that at home.)

Thats a typo. My bad again. No CPU have been harmed and Team Japan would need more than 6Ghz to catch me.

As quoted by LowRun......"So, we are one week past AMD's worst case scenario for BD's availability but they don't feel like communicating about the delay, I suppose AMD must be removed from the reliable sources list for AMD's products launch dates"

According to the schedule, Otellini's address, "Extreme to Mainstream" (we know who's representing the 'Extreme' segment ) was from 8:30 to 9:40 AM Pacific time. So it should be over soon if not already.

My bad, sorry. I meant on the Intel intranet. I'm assuming it should be available externally pretty soon.

    You asked...
Your WS6 and your Chevelle are mad at you for driving a FORD...Especially a mustang...That would be the same as you suddenly deciding to use nothing but AMD, no matter how much faster Intel is. Of course you wouldn't admit that Intel is faster because you are using AMD. (If you know any hard core ford people you will understand this, if not I prolly look stupid...oh well). I'd love to see pics of that Chevelle.

Back on topic now. Anybody know when the demo is over?
