umm it's easy, you just move the sliders :O idk it just worked perfectly for me on vista 64 bits last time i tried

edit: erm you have like a 8pin connected to the card right? or else just use a paperclip to short the last 2 holes then you can enable overdrive which lets you move the sliders

edit2: you can kinda bug it and trick it by downloading rivetuner and press enable OC and then restart and then you can use atitool to overclock and just remove rivatuner again
