How long until fully F+ compatible would you expect, btw?

what you read into my hints has absolutely nothing to do with it.
i was hinting that performance was markedly improved vs. the B1 benchmarks that sheeple had been mindlessly quoting as production performance.
as far as performance is concerned, for the platform work i'm interested in, AMD has again raised the bar on performance. *shrug*
cheers,

Hey Dave,
Can you tell me anything about the Asus boards, didnt mean to be brash. I was just dissapointed . What work are ya in that the AMD's excel? The only reviews I have seen are Intel favoring apps, and I swear Im gonna stab the next person who brinks up the int benchmark or whatever it is. ITS ONLY ONE!
/end rant :p
Thanks for your comments Dave, they are appreciated.

should be fun...I'm in no rush, of course, but...we'll see what I can get done.

Haha.
Ive been reading about these chips anywhere I can find em.They look like a great alternative to Intel for power / heat consumption and price. Im looking forward to further revisions of these chips. Looking forward to your reviews starting as well.
Anandtech did an article where they threw a 8800gtx into a barcelona rig, planning on any 3d tests that might exploit the cpu?
Thanks,
Ryan
edit: I know Supreme Commander will eat at a quad. Might be a good comparison as [H] did a big article on SC performance and how it increases with the Q6600. Might be something to compare. Im sure I can come up with a quick formula to roughly estimate the difference from the graphics cards used.

OK little confused here. Are you saying the Chip johan tested was not the final revision and as such better performance is still to come?
