hahaha it is but the problem is how the hell do you undervolt
by reducing GFX card clocks? that would be a little foolish don't you think plus if that is the aim i don't know if yourealise but sony have a hybrid GFX system which (at least on some of their laptops) can be switched between dedicated GFX chip and onboard one to conserve power

just need to figure out the right PLL

you can't control voltage on these
maybe AMD laptops will have that option with some software package![]()
