Shutting off BOINC before shutting down Windows got rid of the errors for me. Thanks!

Found the culprit...my mem is dieing 1 error in memtest....it needs 2.2vdimm to do 378mhz so not even the rated speed...as it should do 400mhz @ 2.1v....oh well what's geil like for rma?

Yes m8...although i've had to reduce my mem speed to get it stable....i've spent today priming and now @ 3.5ghz 8hrs small fft's stable!....so out of a bad thing came a good thing....i guess i'll get a few more point's to add on now lol.

I think most of us like to keep the vdimm low for 24/7 crunching.
    Personally, I use 2.1vdimm max (+ fan) .

Well i think i need a new set lol. ...get 1 error @ 2.1v...they are rated up to 2.3v though...if it says working voltage 1.9v-2.3v does that mean they are ok? although it states on the sticks 800mhz @ 2.1v

Hi Guys, I am a long time lurker here at XS, but I would just like to say that I think I just hit 500k points, and am looking forward to bringing more in! My name on WCG is Tian Rui, since Terru was already taken. I run WCG on my old p4 3.2ghz, an e6600 as well as an x2 3800+ and my own rig.

The other day I was at Montreal university neurological lab where my girlfriend is doing her PhD in neuroscience and I noticed Boinc WCG graffiti on the walls and filing cabinets, with the link to the webpage’s! It seems that the word has really spread!
    Has a very small epeen.
