    You are correct, if those are xeons then all RAM slots will be at one place(at least most of the boards).

    But whats the reason behind using some kind of coolers on RAM sticks ?

    I got it from McLernons I think it was about $300 bucks I could have gotten an extension but that was all I could afford at the time!

    They are installed only on one screw i turned them around so you dont see the cables.They are holding pretty strong.

    Maybe you could try some sata/ide cables with 90 degree connectors to get around this issue.

    get urself a 2gb and ur reg will be very good

    well i am currently making a slow build up for a new rig (case modding/ water chiller first then parts in spring)
    but when i go to sell it i will add a 2nd gig of ram
