CPU Voltage Reference helps you use lower CPU Voltages to stabilize your CPU & here's all I could find on PLL >>> http://forums.techpowerup.com/showthread.php?t=24

I've never found a mobo manual to date that comes close to explaining all features found in bios

On behalf of OP. The manual is as stupid as it can be. It only says what values can be set, nothing else.

dont use AUTO values, set every motherboard voltage value at their minimum except your vcore and your vdimm (put your known values). In the Advanced CPU Section check that this option is enabled ( PECI). If its disabled you will get higher temps.

    Thanks!

That's what I usually do unless I am not sure what the setting does, then I will use AUTO.

Ever heard what people say about people that ASSuME? Why was my remark taken so badly? You guys need a sense of humor. I have read the manual and was making a joke

Back on topic. PLL voltage is for your pll (clock generator). More stable fsb. Of course I could be wrong seeing as how I can't read...

Your remark was taken badly because if you have ever read an Asus motherboard manual you would know that none of that information is in it.

My low post count means I don't post here a lot, not that I don't know anything about computers or how to read a manual. I have done a lot of searching and haven't found any good explanations for these settings.
