G.Skill 800 HZ Getting worse and worse?

Just as the title says, from what I've seen including my experiences, newer sets of G.Skill 800 HZ are clocking worse in general....I havent seen anyone a brand new batch of HZ clocking over about 1060, for example, mine is BARELY stable @ 1068, 5-7-7-20 , and 2.4v and a 120mm fan about an inch off of em keeping them ice cold.

probably yes..older batches are more stable and better o/ckers i guess.
i have my HZ (bought them few months from first coming to stores) at 1080mhz @ 5-4-4-5 @ 2.3V without any active cooling.

heh well both of my sets were D9, but still clocked badly, tried them on 2 different motherboard to ensure it wasnt a problem on my end, also the quality of the heat spreaders is sad, if I kept them without a fan even on stock voltage, they would probably burn out in 1 second, it was DEATHLY hot, I would get a serious burn if I kept my finger on it for more than a few seconds

with the cpu 3700mhz and the HZs at 1157mhz with 5-5-5-5 / 4:5 do you think this result is normal???
the result is with buffering enabled.

anyway i still think 1125 is good for 800 ram at 2.1v

if the prog is correct however that means my ram is bandwidth limited by something...i s'pose it's just the hardware combo.
