Hmmm...is it a true droop or is the software simply reporting incorrectly? Measure the voltage with a DMM both in bios and in windows and measure under load in memtest and in windows memtest/prime95 and see how your results compare. .07 isn't crazy, but it is a tad high if it's correct. In either case I doubt it's a "faulty" board.

@Tony: I can't wait to talk to you about your results with this board on Skype, I'm eager to here how it performs on the tighter straps.
