thats the beauty of the FSB wall...date code means jack from what i have seen. the FSB wall is on a chip to chip basis and has nothing to do with production week in my experience.
for instance, a local shop had 3 E6600s quite a while back, L629B383...naturally i grabbed all three of them. the best one, the one i still have, FSB walls at 550~560. the worst of the 3 walled at 490ish and the middle of the pack walled at 515ish (all on air). same pack date, production week...luck of the draw. the weeks can usually give you a ball park of overclockability but not FSB wall.
again, simply based on the one instance where i was able to buy 3 identical chips. others may have different experience.
