Mine boots ,you did reset to bios defaults before flashing?
I do find with this bios I need to add more vcore for the same overclock I had on bios 1301, I was running 1400mhz fsb on stock volts with old bios on this bios i need to run 1.4 volts very strange.

    Sorry to hear mustang

I would try the others suggestions.

    FYI 1303 allow me to go beyond 449Mhz FSB () to 500+ (still testing - using a 2.66 e6750 @ 3.6 as I type .. )

keep trying if you board allows - although I must admit you need active cooling on a 680SLI board if you want results.

    I went 1303 to get more than 449 FSB - currently I'm on 500 -

    Hmmmm.......Two things might have happen.....
    1. Bad flashing and
    2. Same problem I had with bios 1301...

    1. Try to find a friend of yours bios chip or mobo so to hot flash yours and
    2. IF you use "SLI Ready" memory modules, you HAVE to take them out and place into slot one DDR Module NOT "SLI Ready" (ex. a 533 one) to boot.....AND IF you are trying to boot with VGAs in SLI config, take them of and place only one or a PCI VGA.....

@ Ambro: Does this bios have AGAIN the HTT frequency option? (SP > MP frequency below the PCI-E frequency settings?)

Yay I'm back on track that battery trick worked also for me. I waited approximately 1 hour.

After the screen went on I just noticed in the bios there was a CMOS Checksum error so I loaded the default setting and it works well so far.

But i can't guarantee that this will work for all of you so be careful when flashing your striker bios.

thank you all for your help
