Yeah... I have the same batch as XtremeTiramisu.

I'm thinking it's the motherboard.

Right now, I'm debating whether to wait for Gigabyte to come out with a newer bios or get the P5K Deluxe... but I'm not sure an extra 0.5 Ghz is worth the extra $250 for the new mobo
