if you get an Q6600 aim for an G0 and grab P5K-prem.. you should have good chance of this happening....by far one of the best and most fun board to overclock is the P5K-Prem...0203/0204 bios adds the FSB strap to NB option..

nice board overall wish 680i boards would do
what P35 can do for the quads.

Nice clocks! It is for sure fun to see theese QX6850 @+4GHz EASILY only with air cooling.

Have you had any problems with dividers with this CPU on your board? I have the DFI 965P and I recently noticed that the dividers do not work anymore. It might be because of the BIOS-version though.

And last, no problems with FSB on your board I guess? I did 495-something on my board.

not with this qx6850, funny you mention this problem about dividers not responding on dfi 965p
I know someone else with similar issue...could be isolated matter though....

Nice Dynasty!! How about some shots with a 490+ fsb as I am wondering if these new quads will be any easier to run at high fsb.

Also, be very aware of the fact that the lesser binned G0 chips (such as the Q6600) are the high volume parts. The Q6600 is getting the same quality chips that would have been E6400/E6600's on B0, they run cooler but chances are the same headroom is not there

I've had my QX6850 sample above 600 whereas my old x6800 couldn't do that. 490ish with a 9 multi seems to be the sweet spot for me with phase on this one.

Dynasty seems to have a good one here. I never tried mine on air. probably closer to 4 than 4.1 though I'm guessing. I kind of suspect retails may be as good or better this time.

Dynasty, do you have 3ds max? Could you report some of your benchmarks in rendering please?
