    I was finally able to take some pics of the OC menu and the DDR2 settings. Sorry for the bad quality, but I had to use a mobile phone cam.

    Either I am blind and cannot see the setting to adjust cas latency or there is really no option to set CL. If it is not, I will ask Biostar for more information why it is not there.
