    What's your memory BANDWIDTH?

I was sure we had a BANDWIDTH thread here at XS but it appears I am wrong.

Perhaps it's time to start one?

I think it'd be good to be able to compare all kinds of memory and their related bandwidths at different speeds.

People can use this thread as a reference as to how well their RAM is performing against other brands/speeds and across platforms.

I'll start the show with mine.

    (CPU)AM2 X2-3600 @ 3000mhz (300x10) (MEMORY) A-DATA DDR2-800 @ 750mhz (4,4,4,12,18,2t)

Clearly big advantage for X2 CPU version. BTW latency measured by Everest has not changed at all between those two processors (in contrary to S939 SC and DC CPUs where SC was faster in memory access and bandwidth) so it looks like single core 65nm has cross bar and memory controller from dual core version. In other words Lima looks to be capped Brisbane.

    Cool, cheers for submitting guys

I think we should get a TOP LIST started in an attempt to lure out some of these BIG-HITTERS. I'm sure someone on XS can show us some EXTREME BANDWIDTH.

Where are the C2D guys anyway, they usually can't wait to show up the AMD rigs

Not to mention the DDR3 guys with their $500 dollar memory.....show us bandwidth
