From what I understand it is more of an undervolting issue then a droop issue. Your can always go with the vcore mod.

Can anybody confirm shaminos guide. For some reason when we do it the board refuses to post for vcore.

I never got round to doing it as the pin you need to solder is pretty small and I didn't fancy making a mess of it.

That's for the old AR revision, the new A1's are different, a resistor is removed next to the one that is modded.

Can you post a picture and have you confirmed this mod to be working?

Not done a mod, still looking for one that is confirmed working.
But I won't mod my mobo to pics that are of a different revision to mine, that's why I said the one in the 'VR' link is different. They modded the voltage regulation amongst other things on the new revision.
