    This is pretty funny...I come here, read about a new BIOS, see a few people complain that they killed their board flashing it...proceed to download new BIOS and...

    Yep...I bricked it. No Crash Free BIOS recovery either, since I think the booting part of the BIOS got trashed...whose idea was it to let the BIOS updater render Crash Free BIOS useless?!?

    I don't even think I can crossflash since I don't have a board that has the same BIOS pin out (8 pins?!). Any ideas other than just RMAing the damned thing? Ugh.

    At this point you will have to RMA the board...and wait. Did you flash in windows? If so, I would recommend using a USB flash drive for this board. there are 3 threads on the ASUS site about peolpe bricking thier boards with the windows flash utlity.
