I can find the Golfball 2000's in the UK for around US$10 each at a number of stores, but no-one ships internationally.

Here's what I have access to locally. Don't mind the prices. Sales tax is included the prices, and it's in Australian dollars, and we get to enjoy at least a 20-40% markup penalty for not living in the USA.
