he couldnt get a thermochill internally even with the graphics coolers removed. the thermochills are 61mm thick. thats almost 2 and a half inches. look at this pic from a rig darth beavis built. its using thermochill 120.3:

those are big. he could possibly get it on the outside of the case. and then have the one side with fans be on the inside.
delly with what do you chill the water to get 18.5 degrees?
or is it really cold in your room (air conditioner maybe?)?

That is correct; there is absolutely no room inside the case to mount the radiator. Instead, I'm mounting the radiator on the back of my case, using a 120x38mm fan shell as a standoff. There is sufficient clearance to connect cables to the sound card, and the radiator does not obstruct the power cord socket.
