Actually I tried it both ways:

1)Intake from bottom Out take from the sides

2)Intake from bottom Intake from the sides

I got slightly better temps (on coretemp) with orientation number 2.

I have a temp probe taped to the power supply which reads a constant 30/33 c
(depending on ambient and/or load)

The bottom is pretty standard and done like a million times on here, but your more than welcome to a side shot if you like?
