Who would thought a year ago that 3.8GHz will be possible on 90nm AMD X2 with above 0C temperatures? (No one! )

This is showing how good AMD/IBM DSL SOI can (compared to Intel bulk) be if tweaked properly! What a pita it takes so long to get where it is now...
