The voltage I applied in parts of this test (2.3v) does NOT seem safe for prolonged use, and should be definetely reserved only for those that are are aware of a danger that could arise from 50% voltage increase from default 1.50v. On the other hand, I have not seen Micron DDR3 being damaged with up to 2.0-2.1v. But again, early to say, I think. Also, some ICs will benefit from anything higher than 1.8v and some won't.Not really handpicked, but consider it a result that may or may not be representative of all Micron DDR3 based modules. That's all I can say at the moment. Plus, it's to early to say as these Micron chips (if you look it up at Micron website) are still technically ES. The above results are intended as an early pre-preview, and be considered as such.
