GEIL and A-DATA PC4000 can do 265MHz at 3.1Vdimm.......As a matter of fact, A-DATA can do 287MHz with 3.15Vdimm.......and GEIL 268MHz ....Both of them at Cas 2.5-7-4-4 .......
