well, according to the nvnews-thread there seems to be no seeder anymore. there's none right now who has 100% of the file. the max are people who downloaded around 90%.
either it's a fake and the seeder dropped before someone could get the complete file, or the seeder is just offline and will continue seeding soon.
to me this beta demo looks somehow real. too bad it seems to be dx10-only (according to the threadstarter over at nvnews).
