New cases, PSUs abound at Antec---- Antec Twelve Hundred

Also on display was the upcoming Antec Twelve Hundred. This case will come out in two models: one with support for water cooling, and one without. Both will come equipped with 12 5.25" bays capable of accommodating hard drives, a 200mm top fan (and an optional 200mm fan port on the side of the case), and an interchangeable rubber mat at the top—a finishing touch for users who like to leave gadgets or loose change on top of their PC.

One particularly interesting specimen was the Mini P180. This model is a shrunk version of Antec's P182. It only takes Micro-ATX motherboards, and it has fewer 5.25" drive bays than the P182. Nonetheless, the Mini sports a 200mm top-mounted fan—bigger than the 120mm model on the P182. The Mini P180 and Twelve Hundred are both due in time for the back-to-school season.

On the power supply front, Antec showed a pair of models in its upcoming TruePower Quatro line with power ratings of 850W and 1000W. The 850W model is coming out in June, while the kilowatt will follow in July.

    I love computex.

Hmm.. the Antec 1200... nice to see that it does have support for water coolin with pre drilled holes and all that but I wonder if it will suffer from the massive dust issues the Antec 900 had

Doesn't that depend on what fans you use?

That first case looks very good, too few 11 5,75" cases around.
The design is very nice too, black and beautiful.

Antec 1200= my new case and im not sure if anyone else noticed that the 1200 pictured is the water cooling one considering the top 200mm fan is a rad

i love my 900. ya it's loud but man does it cool things off. i do hope this case is a bit longer as thats the only thing that i would want to improve on in my 900. when can i buy it?

I wish more companies would design their watercooling cases with a cube like chassis, like those of Mountain Mods.

And IMO, those PSU paint jobs look tacky.

Both cases look half way decent. The mini P-180 I like the look of the front panel. The 1200, well just nice and large as well IMO the 900 is quiet compared to some computers. Well friend had some noise maker 80mm fans in his old case and switched to that 900, my god I can actually hear myself think when sitting next to that case now. Only thing loud in there is the 2900XT.

That case looks extremely narrow. If I buy a full tower it has to atleast support E-ATX. Even If I dont plan on using the board.
