Yeah Viscool uses aluminium cover only on V2 cpu waterblok ....
But for the gpu & chipset "slim version" they are making cover from steel
    Cooper core :

Gpu & Chipset) block are using the same cooper base.
    SLIM chipset:

    Thanks

Because I want to mount my watercooling stuff into TT armor case (only one loop like: pump, hdd bloks, cpu blok, gpu blok, radiators, reservoir -->pump) .... therefore I'm waiting for new pump&tygon tubing(mcp655 is much much better than e1048 )

    My C2D e6600 L632A did "only" 3800Mhz ~ 1.6V
Temperature of WATER with Orthos was aroud 33-35 celzius
2 Kadet radiators couldn't cool it with nice temps. I have to buy somethink new like Pa120.3
