Can I get advice on Mem perf... 2x2GB Mushkin 8500

Hi, I've got some memory tweaking results, and I'd like the experts to assess wether this makes sense.

Keep in mind this is a 2x2GB Kit (4GB)...

    Super Pi times seem ok.

It's great to get 4GB running at 1T!

What concerns me, is the Everest latency (see below)... I'm not sure if this is inline with my clock/timings or it's high. I see a lot of people boasting about 40ns latency but they often have 900+ MHz to my 800MHz... yet 66ns seems way high to me.

    Advice is welcome!

    Other settings not shown:
    - VDIMM is set at 2.22V (2.14 actual) and Weak Drive.
    - 400x9 Linked/Synced (DDR2-800) (Link to full OC settings in sig)
    - Passed Memtest 1.7 before starting Windows

I notice BIOS overrides some of my settings... (since what I've entered is invalid?)

I notice I forgot to change the tab on the 2nd instance of CPU-Z but MemSet echos the timings shown in both BIOS and CPU-z...

    Other SuperPi Times...

Is there anything wrong here? Is that Everest latency what I should expect?

    Is my TRAS too low?

Any other timings that should be corrected? (especially the ones that BIOS is overriding?)

    Thanks!

try raising your trc to like 20, i went from 20 to 8 and the latency increased using this board. im leak testing my new waterloop so i cant continue to test this to see if it was a fluke so maybe you wanna try?

yup i tested it again latency at 8trc is 67ns

latency at 20 trc is 49ns all other timings voltages and fsb the same

Hi, no improvement for me, but I suspect it's because I'm using a quad-core and they introduce more latency with the dual-dies. Thanks for the suggestion though... it may help others with C2D.
